David Landis. David Landis is a sculptor whose work ranges from large scale public commissions to smaller private works. David’s recent exhibition Animal Dreams at the Hagedorn Foundation Gallery offered a compelling view into his fragmented animal imagery. Landis is currently working on commissions for the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, the new Alpharetta Public Library, and is creating one of Atlanta’s largest permanent landscape installations - the 33 Oaks Project. His commissions include and can be viewed on the Atlanta Beltline, the gardens of the Pierre Baudis Congress Center, Toulouse, France, the Albany Law Enforcement Center, Albany, GA, the US Bancorp Center, Minneapolis, MN, as well as Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Novelis corporation’s new headquarters, Fulton County Government Center, Kennesaw State University, Cathedral St. Philip, Trees Atlanta, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
